プール，市街地からのトラムでのアクセス Swimming pool, access from the city center by Tram. ２泊したが，２泊目にタオル，コーヒー，紅茶の補充がなかった。We stayed two nights, but on the second day, towels, coffee and teabags were not supplemented. |

Very nice hotel on excellent position. Way to the parking should be better marked - there is actually no signs. |

The location was very good, the facilities was as expected for Holiday Inn, Clean Hotel and only a few minutes by the tram which stops immediatly outside the hotel. |

Location near public transport, free parking space, swim and gym facility, prompt concerige service, good breakfast facility and nice menu options during dinner. Sauna service broke down and wasn't repaired. wifi connection not available, Long wait at lounge bar due to absence of staff, closed restaurant during lunchtime. |

1 Vegetarian pizza arrived with meat and when I complained the hostess merely removed the meat and returned the cold pizza to me. I was too tired to say anything else but for the Holiday Inn that is poor service. 2 I joined the Priority Club scheme and it stated on the form that 2000 points would be added to my membership when I checked online that evening it had been set up but with 1000 points. |
