For a frequent traveller, an advertising agent, who likes to stay in hotels with character rather than chain hotels, the staffs were friendlnd the room, superior room, was clean stylishly furnished in French style and cozy but not tiny small. This hotel would definitely offer you a good base to enjoy the romantic city. Dec 2008 |

Location, complimentary water in room, receptionist walked us to our room, very rare and lovely touch, breakfast excellent, upgraded to junior suite A little disconcerning to see 5 staff standing around a tiny reception when you enter and all looking at you when you are checking in. They were really friendly etc but did not give me a good first impression of the hotel. During our short stay on numerous occassions I observed 4 to 5 staff around the tiny reception desk. |

The bathroom and amenities. Nice size for Paris. The housekeeping and breakfast staff was rude. I speak french and they either didnt know or thought it wasnt good but they were saying horrible things. The front desk forgot to do things but the barman who was very friendly. |

The friendly staff, the location of the hotel and the design of the room and lobby and bar and dining. Very intimate and cosy. Just that the room was not large enough to move around - could have been more spacious. |
