extrem comfortly and large bathroom with window, very good, massif door, the warm decoration in room, breakfast OK superior rooms should be different in the quality not only renovated,the light is very poor, but this si generally so |

Exceptionally friendly personnel, good location, okay prize. Well, Strasbourg is an expensive city. Room was okay but rather old-fashioned with old carpet, bathtub with shower curtain (not ideal concerning hygiene). |

The Location was very poor. I felt it was in a very poor section of the town. As a woman, I would not have felt secure on the streets alone. You need to re-check your ratings. |

The location is good. The Breakfast is good. Friendly staff. Hand cleaning/shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was a great asset. Bathroom was very clean. Hotel could used some new furniture, and not as pictured in the Website. The room is worn out and unkept. Carpet is nasty and full with discolorations. The room walls need repainting. The mattresses are hard as a rock. The price is too high for the condition of the room. The parking garage attendant was reluctant to speak English, which makes it imposs |
