Mycket trevlig personal, alltid tillmötesgående! Bra läge, nära till det mesta. Rent, fräscht hotell. Allting fungerade utmärkt. Man kände/hörde tunnelbanan men det var inte störande. Vi bodde på andra våningen. |

The accessibility of the sites of interest. The cleanliness was perfection and the general ambience, professional and friendly staff etc. The only thing we were a little unhappy about was the cost of the breakfast and the lack of variety ie no ham, no cheese, no toast, no eggs etc. |

very good location, 10 min to Galleries Lafayette, and also very near the shopping 'golden triangle'. Very helpful and patient staff in the daytime. Wireless service unstable, besides, the staff at night is very unpatient and unhelpful. The bed is not comfortable enough and the facilities in the room are too simple, so the whole hotel is like a 3 star hotel or less, and still cost more than 200 euros per night, not worth the money. However, it's cheaper than other hotels in the same location, like Westin and Hyatte. |
