It is close to the railway station, all other connections to visit the city are also nearby. Die Naehe zum Bahnhof und die gute Verbindungsmoeglichkeiten zum Oeffentlichen Verkehr und der Rest der Stadt. The locking system of the doors of my room is old fashioned. Die entry door is not a very welcoming door it opens to the outside direction. A rotating door would be more inviting. A bit more explanation with before Bathroom is good and clean, rooms are serviced. Disappointing was that their were drinks on my bill I never drank. Of course I didn't need to pay those, Overall note, OK. |

It is a modern hotel within a historic building. staff was efficient and helpful in providing city map. so near the station and tram transport! |

Locatio and ease of finding. It was fine for our purposes of an overnight stay en route elsewhere. Handy enough for the city centre and a good breakfast. Very much an hotel for the business visitor. |

We were upgraded to an executive room without even asking, the beds were really large and comfortable. We had fresh fruit and cocktails waiting for us on our arrival and we liked the fact we could bring our cat into the hotel room too. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to eat and drink and well worth it. Great location, right in the city and across the road from the train station. |

Central location (walking distance to main city highlights), friendly staff, spacious (triple) room and bathroom, air conditioning in the room, complimentary extra bed for one child (without requesting it), excellent breakfast, convenient and affordable parking arrangement in the vicinity. Some facilities are old (lift, carpet floors, room doors) and would require renovation. |

The shower nozzle was a hand held type with no wall mounted holder; The reservation was made in my guest name instead of mine which made the initial encounter a bit stressing for all involved! |

Convenient to train station. Clean The girl at the reception desk needs to rethink her career in customer service. She only just acknowledged me and only when I checked in - didn't bother to speak at any other time. Not someone who should be front of house. Most unpleasant. |

convenience to train station. This hotel was a huge disapointment. They have phones in the rooms that do not work and they have no intention to fix them. They will not let you use their phone. I was horrified that we might have an emergency. No English speaking tv. Every cheap effort is made with this hotel. I will never use Booking.com again. Expedia will get my business. |

Location, Staff, Good soundproofing, Breakfast, Climatisation Week end pass for Strasbourg is not so great... not really usefull for two adults... I would not pay extra again for it. |
