it was central to Strasburg, staff were very friendly, room was of excellent standards and was of an extremely high standard of cleanliness.

The cost of the breakfast.was a little steep. Bar beverages were above average cost, as a result we declined to have further drinks at the hotel. The absence of a complementary bottle of water in the room was noted.

Marvellous hotel.

The breakfast salon is too small for the total number of the rooms and in a concrete time you can suffer rush hour, waiting more than 20 minutes to have a table.

Very helpful and welcoming reception staff. Excellent room and facilities.Lovely room ( 307) with huge bed.

Parking wa spromised but a problem arose and we only found out as we asked.

Great Hotel - Excellent Location. The hotel is just outside of the city centre. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Cathedral. The room was well decorated and very clean. The bathroom had a double sink and marble counter top. Overall I had a very relaxing stay and will recommend it whenever I'm asked for it :)

Everything! Nice Hotel with clean and well furnished rooms.

Breakfast is good but the nr of tables not sufficient for the nr of people. You might have to wait in the corridoor your turn.

The stairs to get into it, no ramp anywhere. Parking was hard.

the look and the feel of the hotel is excellent.....just loved it .....will stay at the same hotel every time i come to strassbourg

only the breakfast could have been better ,with a little bit more variety

Friendly and helpful staff, and a very efficient approach to managing the hotel.

Slightly overpriced, presumably because it was plenary week of the European Parliament. However, the quality of service made the additional cost just about worthwhile.
