A lovely comfortable hotel with outstanding staff. Beautiful position on the magical isle of Petite Prince.

Parking price too stiff. TV impossible to use.

Every staff was helpful and efficient. A very spacious room with wondrful reiver view.Just fantastic! Best location in town. We would certainly stay there again.

Bar is supposed to open from 5 pm yet when we went there at 6 pm, unfortunately we could not find anyone to serve us so we had to go outside.

Hotel staff - Evelyn, Nathalie, Sebastian and Louis - absolutely fabulous. Could not have asked more from our stay at this beautiful hotel. Beyond the excellence of the staff, the hotel was very clean and immaculately furnished. Located in the heart of the old town, yet very quiet and peacefull. Can not wait to return!

The location is excellent,the staff are always polite and helpful,breakfast is good,the rooms are modern and a great size too.Often European hotels can overpriced for what you get,but this hotel is fantastic.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Location; proximity to old town; very friendly and helpful staff; being lost in the city they came to help us.

Very small room, too expensive breakfest; limited selection of food; very difficult to find the hotel;

Very nice hotel. Nice design. Good situation in the middle of the town.

The staff in the bar was very amateurish (all the other staff was excellent). Expensive internet connection.
