The quiet location. Extremely comfortable room and the sound of the River Ill is very relaxing. The room was made up, thoroughly, twice daily. |

A lovely comfortable hotel with outstanding staff. Beautiful position on the magical isle of Petite Prince. Parking price too stiff. TV impossible to use. |

Every staff was helpful and efficient. A very spacious room with wondrful reiver view.Just fantastic! Best location in town. We would certainly stay there again. Bar is supposed to open from 5 pm yet when we went there at 6 pm, unfortunately we could not find anyone to serve us so we had to go outside. |

Hotel staff - Evelyn, Nathalie, Sebastian and Louis - absolutely fabulous. Could not have asked more from our stay at this beautiful hotel. Beyond the excellence of the staff, the hotel was very clean and immaculately furnished. Located in the heart of the old town, yet very quiet and peacefull. Can not wait to return! |
