location and great staff

room upgrades are still needed. review staff should lay in the bathtub, use the shower and it's half round doors to really understand that work still needs to be done. Breakfast is over priced and another alternative should be offered.

Location

Carpet in the main tartffic hallways of the individaul floors reminds me of teh 70's and is unacceptable from a saftey and hygenic perspective

Convenience to the airport on day of travel. Porters most helpful and courtious

We arranged for late checkout of 4pm, however we were locked out of our room at 2pm. Upon enquiry at reception paul was not at all apologetic. I.E."WHAT'S The problem?" In a very off hand way. We were not impressed.

I liked the ease of getting to our terminal from the hotel. The room was very modern and hi-tech. The breakfast and lunch buffet were great. The free internet in the lobby is a plus, esp. for printing our boarding passes.

The service was very slow in the Brasserie casual restaurant - it took 45 min. to get our lunch.

Postion if the hotel exaclty at the Airport CDG

There is more or less no maintanance ( for the class of the hotel). Envolpes from coffe bags and cream were left from the previous guest.

3.50 Euros for a very small bottle of water (6 oz) from the mini-bar seemed excessive! But all food prices where high. 17 euros for a martini! With Gray Goose (a French vodka)
