There are a good and comfotable hotel, excellent situated, but is not quiet, even we heard how the hotel lift working.... but anyway I can recommende it.

Attiude of people, always wanting to help you

Just a comment: think they should remodel the bathrooms. There is a big difference between the main lobby, restaurant and cafeteria and the bathrooms (clean but outdated!)

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff also very friendly and efficient. Within easy walking distance to tourists sights and shops. Have stayed in Soflitel hotels before and have always found them to be very comfortable.

The restaurant was an outrageous rip-off. Average food, very over-priced. Staff made us feel unwelcome and wanted us to finish quickly, even though we arrived well before closing.

the kindness of the staff, the location of the hotel, the interior design of the hotel and our room

the prices of everything excluding the room rate are higher than what we would say expensive some examples are: 8 euros for a coke in the room, 9 euros for a beer, 15 euros for a ham&cheese, 13 euros for a small vase of nuts, 5 euros for a filter coffe at the bar and 4 euros for an espresso, 25 euros for a continental breakfast that you can find closeby for less than 7-8 euros etc. etc.

Position good quiet area

Given smoking room when non smoking requested had to move to a lesser standard at same price..We regularly stay at Sofitel"s and feel this one is not up to their standards.
