Very friendly staff. Great location close to the city center and 2 tram stops away from the main station.

Small room and no carpets on the floor. No minibar.

The location is excellent, the room we were given was clean, comfortable and cozy, the breakfast offerings were good and the hotel is generally appealing. Quite a bargain.

Very clean and staff were friendly.

Parking with luggage is a bit of a nuisance as public parking is a bit of a walk away.

Location - close to canal (good for running) and next store to a nice cheese store

The blankets on the bed (could use nice duvets) - was a bit cold - the blankets were thin and old. A lot of water leaked out of the shower as well
